纵然一死，莫像猪崽一般－ If we must die, let it not be like hogs

逐赶着囚入耻辱的圈栏， Hunted and penned in an inglorious spot,

四下嗥叫着疯狂的饿犬， While round us bark the mad and hungry dogs

嘲谑着我们的命厄运舛。 Making their mock at our accursed lot;

纵然一死，我们慷慨捐躯， If we must die, O let us nobly die,

昂贵的血不会白白流去； So that our precious blood may not be shed

虽赴冥曹，连可鄙的鬼蜮－ In vain; then even the monsters we defy

也将慑服地对我们敬惧。 Shall be constrained to honour us though dead.

呵！同胞们，必须抗击公敌!O kinsmen！We must meet the common foe！

哪怕寡不敌众，拿出勇气！ Though far out numbered let us show us brave,

对猖狂进攻以致命一击！ And for their thousand blows deal one death blow！

即便面对死亡，又何足惜？ What though before us lies the open grave?

大丈夫直面卑怯的凶手， Like men we'll face the murderous, cowardly pack,

背水一战，誓死决不退后！ Pressed to the wall, dying, but fighting back！

同胞们啊，共同御敌，

　敌众我寡更需勇气，

抓住时机致命反击，

　纵然阵亡有何关系？

勇敢面对，凶手胆寒，

永不后退，决一死战！
